Pleased with this. Incline bench 70 x 10 100 x 6 - shoulder went. I don't know why my incline is so crap. 80 x 10. 2 sets. Floor press close grip 110 x 8 120 x 5. 2 sets. 110 x 5. 2 sets. Didn't feel good so left it Spoto press 120 x 6. 3 sets. Floor press - close grip 110 x 5. 5 sets. Seated press 60 x 5 70 x 3 80 x 3 90 x 3 95 x 3 100 x 3. Pleased with this, quite possibly a PB of some sort. Pulldowns 4 x 8 | ||
