Decided to keep a log of my training on here as I'm terrible at filling my book out!

Currently training for north Lincs 2018 at the end of August

I haven't tested any pb's in a long time and I expect I could beat some of them if I went for it but current pb's are

Deadlift 250kg
Squat 220kg
Log 120kg
Bench 170kg

Weighing in currently at 18st 4lbs

The aim is to be immensely strong and lift huge weights, and win loads of competitions. But unfortunately I only seem to be 'average' at best

Just because that's what's happened so far doesn't mean its your best.

Hopefully you're right mate, deadlifts are on the up, just need everything else to follow.

It's helped me loads having a journal mate,when I'm having a weak day, I can look back, and realise I'm still making progress.

So this week has not gone to plan, work got in the way of training on Monday then I've been hit by a strong case of death since then so I've decided to end the week with a forced deload

Squats
130kg 3x3

Deadlift
160kg 3x3

Leg press
200kg 3x8

Pull downs
85kg 3x8

Pressing deload today

Strict
70kg 3x3

Incline bench
90kg 3x3

Narrow grip bench
100kg 3x3

Seated dumbell
20kg 3x8

Then a few lateral raises, flys, skull crushers and curls all very light to finish

Back to normal next week and can't wait

Back to the programme today, was out all weekend so food wasn't right but hit all my numbers!!

Deadlift
205kg 5x5

Pull ups
X 5,5,7

Bent over rows
120kg 2x8
100kg X 10

Shrugs
180kg
1x12 (wasn't planning on doing shrugs but got bullied into it)

Thats all that matters mate. You saw i had some real bad sessions with much lighter numbers only a few months ago. Jusy stick to the programme

Your strength has gone through the roof mate, especially your deadlift. Looking great at the moment
