Member 4528, 3 posts SQ 200, BP 150, DL 300650.0 kgs @ 142kgs UnEq | Hi guys, I am training push pull and legs leaving a days rest in between. Should I be doing some cv on my rest days or should I not do anything. I am on a training program doing 5 sets of 15, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps with weight increasing. Im finding the last 2 on each set tough so I think the weight is right. How long can I expect to train before I see increases.im training for an event and im worrying about the weights im pushing is not high enough, any tips? Anthony | ||
