1 x 60 suit bottoms for these
1 x 100
1 x 140
1 x 180
1 x 220 loose straps(by this I mean I could get them up myself)
1 x 230 loose straps
1 x 240 loose straps
1 x 250 loose straps
F x 260 tighter straps but this ruined my start position
3 x 220
3 x 220

Only took about 30 minutes to get through this however it then took 45 minutes to get the f**king suit off.

Definitely has potential. Just need to loosen the suit up a bit so I can crank down the straps.

Upper thighs are pretty f**ked up the suit really does bite down.

They all flew off the floor Boar, a bit slow top end. When I get the straps somewhere near tight the extra speed should help.

Still not smoking mate, going pretty well.

Not even mildly puffed mate, its even easier now I've dropped the cigs. Avergae heart rate according to the machine is 130ish.

My tax code has been ravaged by fellow fat scottish c**t Gordon Brown. Looks like I'm going to be about £300 a month down.

Makes you wonder why you f**king bother. Going for a check up at the docs later, bet my blood pressures through the roof.
