event 1 - farmers (110kg - 20m) yoke (250kg - 20m)
event 2 - max log (start weight 80kg)
event 3 - duck walk (200kg - 20m) sled drag (200kg - 20m)
event 4 - max axle dealift - (start weight 180kg)- no straps
event 5 - oh medley (50kg plate - 55kg 2" dumbell - 110kg axle - 100kg safe press
- 120 oly bar)
event 6 - stones (choose from 2 stones 1 with heavy beats anything with light.
100kg or 135kg.)

multipower are sponsoring the event and i am looking at getting trophies for winner and prizes for top 3. all entrants get a t-shirt entry price will be £10
