1st December 2009 - Posted by Rob Due to the growth in popularity of the site's forum, we are now going to be posting regular news updates to help make important information easier to find and communicate.

We'll be posting the latest news from around the strongman and powerlifting scene, as well as things to do with the site. Also, we're going to be adding a few more features to the front page such as a poll system.
