New Poll - Does equipment hold powerlifting back?

3rd February 2010 - Posted by Rob Our "Favourite British Strongman" poll has now ended - congratulations to Mark Felix who won with 42 votes, closely followed by Jimmy Marku with 37 votes.

The new poll asks members if they think equipment holds powerlifting back as a sport. With an obvious lack of television coverage, have squat suits and bench shirts alienated potential new lifters by making the sport to hard to understand or appreciate?

Are lifters taking things too far squeezing into tight shirts and suits instead of just getting stronger? Have your say!
