Member 4760, 203 posts | Shaw's deadlift has come up for sure, but I suspect Z will train it specifically and beat him. I agree that without a frame carry exposing Z's "grip weakness", he'll be the guy to beat. Overhead will definitely be his, and I suspect heavy yoke will be as well. While Z isn't the quickest moving guy his static power and overall fitness always astound me. In the WSM qualifying heats he beat everyone in the truck pull and didn't even looked winded. Burke, who is quick and a great athlete set a great time, but it sounded like his lungs were going to come out afterwards. Were there issues with that truck pull? | ||

And using legs pretty good I don't see him having power in reserve . Same with log - he's nowhere near to making 200 log . I watched him at the America strongest man .
