What's your thoughts on one legged drills?

Fit onto a standard scaffolding pole? Am pretty sure they do. Want to do some grip work but aint got fat bar.

They will fit on but will be slightly slack.

Well norm use one every sat. Just gone home for week to parents so gym don't have one but had a buckshee scaffolding pole so took that to gym. Should of seen there faces haha

Yeah, I liberated one from work and took it to my local gym. Fixed a couple of those big red collars with scew adjusters to it and away we went. Good bit of kit. Used an olly bar to work out where to put the collars as they act as end stops for the plate to sit against. Only prob we found was normal olly bar collars aren't tight enough so good form needed so the plates don't fall off!

Yeah I noticed that. I just use some scaffold clips which do the job.
