Possibly I'd have a bigger bench if I learned to arch properly but f**k it, I like doing it with a flat back. | ||

Dont think so as long as they are recognisable as something off the list below. New rules arent being enforced at local level as far as im aware. I love the one I have but there are no markings on it so not even sure what make it was so not IPF legal. (and cheaper would be good but I know probably not likely) | ||
