...BENCH! Grin

Which Bit Do You Struggle With?

If Its Lock Out Do 3 or 4board
If Its Off The Chest Just Go In The Power Rack And Nail It From The Chest To Half Way Up!

No Point Nailing What Your Strongest On Bench If Your Gunna Fail Somewere Else!

IMO! Grin

You havent said where your problem is in the benching process ,having seen you train i would guess its from the chest not your triceps thats the problem? Post a vid of your form such as your position on the bench and your bench line and then people can suggest
a cure for it ....you might just need to double your work rate cus i know you arent a big fan of sweating or working too hardWink

if its off the chest thats the problem the speed bench, dumbbell bench and benching with a cambered bar will help

Ive not done pin press bench so I cant really comment on its effectiveness but I have done a fair bit of floor pressing over the last few months and I am becoming a big fan of it. It really makes you be much stricter over some of the key elements of the bench press, especially tucking the elbows and controlling the negative.

I wouldnt do either to help with your raw bench, but would prob favour lockouts over floor press for a shirted press (would do bands before either of those though).
