Post a vid of your form such as your position on the bench and your bench line and then people can suggest a cure for it ....you might just need to double your work rate cus i know you arent a big fan of sweating or working too hard | ||

It really makes you be much stricter over some of the key elements of the bench press, especially tucking the elbows and controlling the negative. | ||
