Tonight, leftover pasta and my Mrs got a mixed grill pack - rump steak, lamb chop, Gammon steak, sausage, white and black pudding! Yum yum

yesterday was chinese.....special chow mein, which is beef, pork, prawns chicken and shedloads of noodles and veg, with side order of 5 spring rolls and chips

tonight was fajitas, lovely

this thread needs someone like Jay in here too many girly portions and veggies in here lol

I had 5 eggs scrambled with Mayo 6 slices of bacon, 4 sausages, 2 slices of toast and cheesey baked beans

Last night i had a nice pasta dish I made myself ..

Caramelised 3 chopped apples
Cut up some nice ham
Cooked pasta
Added cooked chopped broccoli to the mix

Then I made my sauce

Half a pint chicken stock added to melted butter and flour in a pan. Half a pint cidre and 1/4 pint double cream and some salt !

I even took pictures !!
