250g mince half a chopped onion bit of gravy and 150g wholemeal pasta then a mars bar then a choc ice then a 3 scoop protein shake with milk and olive oil and i've now just finished off half a tub of pringles Happy

1 and a half large jacket potatoes with cheese and butter, plus 2 crispy quorn fillets. Follwed by a piece of sponge cake.

Quorn is brilliant for lazy vegetarians like myself.

Probably some kind of curry and rice tonight, or maybe something involving sweet potatoes.
