Pushing past the max causes it. Only push TO the max to avoid vomitation.

from what iv heard, it occurs when youve used up all your energy to the extent that theres no energy left to keep your gullet all tight, so you throw up

Never happened to me. Maybe I'm not pushing myself enough.

I've felt sick during strongman comps and event training, but have never actually vomited.

i felt sick to night an still feel sick now saying that 1 of the kids from school prob gave me aids or summat

If it's high rep vomit, excess acid in the blood. If it's max rep vomit, internal pressure greater than your cardiac valve can handle.

a lass i know who works in a school local said loads of kids are off at her place being sick kids catch everything

Belts increase internal pressure so I'd guess yes.

not wearing a belt at the momment trying to hit my current max's beltless dont think eaither reason wiege said is causing it so i mite just be ill

squatting always makes me feel sick and iv spoke to a few others n they said the same. i have been sick after other workouts n felt sick doing other exercises but usually quite rare so could be a combination of either less sleep n training, or less or more food than usual at that time of day with training etc. however squats make me feel sick almost every time n i think its to do with the amount of large muscles used.
what makes u feel sick is it certain exercises or all of them?
