Lat pulldowns, close grip(lbs) 120x10 135x10 warmup 150x10 165x10 180x8 Lat pulldowns, wide grip(lbs) 150x10 150x8 150x8 135x10 Bent over DB raises (lbs) 2 sets of 10 Face pulls 2 sets of 10 DB curls 3x10 Good workout. Heavy benching and some squats tomorrow. We usually do light bench tomorrow but the gym is closed on friday :/ | |||

Thanks! At the moment a fat 95kg, although I did these lifts at 90kg. I really want to lose some weight but it's not easy, being a powerlifter :P | |||

Monday, 28th of Dec Pretty good workout. Took some ibuprofen before the workout and I think it helped me A LOT. Usually pain prevents me from squatting so I'm really happy with today. BB flat bench Barx10 50x10 70x10 90x5 100x5 110x3 120x3 for 5 sets Squat 60x12 60x10 80x8 100x5 120x5 140x5 160x3 170x3 180x3 Had some more left in me. Dips Bodyweight 5 sets of 8-10 Hanging leg raises x12 x12 x8 Abs were dead at this point! Really need to work them more. +hamstring stretches That's it for today. As I said, I'm really pleased with today's workout. I haven't squatted this heavy in weeks! Back tomorrow, can't wait! | |||

Hi, my name is Igor. Moz convinced me to start a log here so here it is He's also my training partner I'm 18, been training for about 2 years, and compete in powerlifting. My best raw lifts are sq 205kg, bp 150kg, dl 220kg. Currently trying to recover from a back injury - couldn't squat or deadlift more than 80kg without pain for the past few months, but it's getting better. I train mon-tue-wed-fri, bench 3 times a week, squat twice and deadlift once. Next comp is either British benchpress championships or British Junior championships, will see. |
