looking from the somo vid try having your feet more near the weights and point your toes out more and look straight up this will help you to keep your back more straight.

i have tryed sumo and when i get to 260 it seems to pull me over always gets stuck over my knees. conventional for me is better but with the lenth of my arms no wonder. lol

no going unequipped for a few years, trying the BDFPA this year plus the new bawla seems abit expensive to join at 35 membership just after xmas and just started to work for my self need to save some cash.

iam starting a 2009 training journal hoping to up my total unequipped,towards the unequipped worlds next year.so far im doing 220 squat,127.5 bench and 295 dead lift this is giving me a 642.5kg total in the 90kg class. im hoping to improve by 50kg this year so watch this space.

yes my arms are long makes benching very hard,its a pain in the arse but getting stronger.
