DECIDED TO DO SOME UNEQUIPPEDE DEADLIFTS DID 260K X 3 REPS WAS REALY EASY

THEN DECIDED TO DO UNERQUIPPED BLOCK PULLS MANAGED
340K X 2 REPS FROM 17INCH BLOCKS

back and bench started with some deadlifts unequipped 120k x 3 reps
160k x 3 reps
200k x 3 reps
220k x 3 reps
260k x 2 reps
280 x 2 reps
all felt easy fair fast of the ground

then decided to do some bench in martin flett shirt which is to big for me

120k x 3 reps to block
140k x 2 reps
150k x 2 reps
160k x 2 reps
