thanks for that hope to get my bench up though its a pian for me i do every thing to build upper strenth but my bench never gets any stronger.

think a team event would be brill there used to be one at the north west champs a few years ago when jim canif run the north west it was realy good. used to push the teams that much more. but it was stopped i think it was because the best team was from CATT'S the other teams couldn't catch us up LOL.
