have you seen him squat before? he genuinely believes this is below parallel

apparently being so fat is what makes it look really high

Next time we have a max dead day at Olympic you'll have to come and join in.

Cool, let me know and I'll try fit something in!

40/30/60 was when I was 15. Skinny weak little s**t...

12 pages and you're the first one to say that. Surprised it took so long!

Boar said:top stuff mate !

do you think you have a 'natural mong' strength or are you a normal dude that the sprint/athletics training has made into a potentially top powerlifter ?

oh god no, I started off with pb's of 40/30/60 squat/bench/deadlift, weighing 50kg at 5 ft 10. As far as athletics/sprint training, well, that's what introduced me to strength training, but I don't think I lift what I do because I sprint, it's because I lifted weights to help me sprint.

Win GBPF British Juniors
Go to IPF World Juniors, perform biggest deadlift in my weight class.

Squat 300kg
Bench 200kg
Deadlift 350kg

Outrageous targets, but I can dream. I'd be happy with a 770kg total. Still outrageous target.

cheers! it was a 5kg pb so I called it a day there, but at least I've got something to do next couple of weeks now! I want 260kg soon, it's been a goal for a long time, and hopefully taking the straps in a bit on my suit should see me close.

245kg squat, bit hard to judge depth but let me know what you think

310kg deadlift, mega grind from knees upwards, hopefully sorting that out with partials
