things have been all over the place atm so i haven't posted but back to normal on tuesday 03/01/2010 Axle Press worked up to a single at 95kg finding the clean quite hard Arm over Arm 300kg sled 15m deadlifts 3/100kg 3/140kg 1/180kg f/220kg kept arms bent as i lifted and pulled both biceps got a fright but i don't think i did any major damage | |||

thanks ![]() 29/12/09 not a bad session today some nice strength gains Rear Delts 10/7.5kg 10/15kg 10/15kg Incline Smith Machine Press app. 60 deg. 10/50kg 6/70kg 3/90kg 2/110kg PB 6/90kg Dumbell Shoulder Press 4/30kg 2/35kg 4/40kg PB F/45kg Chest Press Machine 10/40kg 8/50kg 8/50kg Then did some x overs to hit the chest | |||

180 fail is a bit depressing but apart from that not too bad a sesh seeing as you have been out for a week or two, i'm sure the weights will go up now you are in steady training mode again ![]() | |||
