Agree totally with this

I havent done much work on it, 5-6 times max but bar found its own natural position for me and the real work was stabilising the bar with write stance and stride length, also making the yoke settle before trying to fast pace it was a big difference.

it wasnt down to core either as my core is pretty stron g I would say but obv can never have to strong a core so I will be doing my yoke without a belt mostly until obv too heavy for last few sets

» Gripper and Grip Strength?? (Go to post)27-12-2011 @ 10:58
best thing is to never use straps

Ive never used them and so have superb grip strength and can hold a 300 or deadlift from 18 inch for good few seconds at top no problem at all with no direct grip training, also dont use straps for axle as this works grip .

Obv if you grip is suffering but want to train deads use them when needed

It really is as simple as picking up heavy things and holding them for time
» 300kg deadlift (Go to post)18-12-2011 @ 20:18
