Some recent training after struggling the last 6 months after tearing my hamstring , just starting too get back too where I was now , started some log press too the other week , I’ve never trained it before but I’ve entered a comp in December max log and max deadlift so I’m training for that now. https://youtu.be/pj1cyO8zId8 | |||

He did what looked like an easy 340kg squat , easy 210kg bench and reserved himself on deadlifts cause he pulled him hamstring on the squat but he strolled did an easy 310kg deadlift , it would take some going to beat him , I seen all the records at bpu and gpc and thought I could possibly take them all but them I started following Shane and now I’ve got another 1-2 years of gains to make by the looks of it | |||
