Just need to learn how to do a log clean. Graham hicks has one of the best log clean techniques

Thanks mate , it’s a lot harder then it looks cleaning the log isn’t it , I can’t seem too grasp it at the minute and it’s making my pressing harder cause I’m already work out by the time I get it too my shoulders

Recent training 130kg strict log , 340kg deadlift , 270kg squat in sleeves and 220kg bench press , I’ve stsrted log press for the first time 2 weeks ago , still trying too get used too cleaning it and getting used too push press , I’ve evtered a comp in December max log and max deadlift so I’m training for that after struggling for the last 6 months after tearing my hamstring

Video of some recent lifts but I can’t seem to embed it on this phone for some reason if anyone else could plz that would be great , thanks

Some recent training after struggling the last 6 months after tearing my hamstring , just starting too get back too where I was now , started some log press too the other week , I’ve never trained it before but I’ve entered a comp in December max log and max deadlift so I’m training for that now.

Shane Jerman (who posts on here too) is capable of something special too though IMO. Think he was/is aiming to hit 900 at u90!!

Thanks mate , it’s getying there slowly but surly, still a long way off though , noway only 2? I didn’t know that tbh , if I can manage it then it would be a great achievement, I got injured and didn’t train for 3 years so I completely lost track of powerlifting , this time I’m hoping to get where I didn’t before the injury, yes I follow Shane on insta and he’s a great lifter , super strong too , think he did 860kg total in comp at 100kg this year didn’t he ? He did what looked like an easy 340kg squat , easy 210kg bench and reserved himself on deadlifts cause he pulled him hamstring on the squat but he strolled did an easy 310kg deadlift , it would take some going to beat him , I seen all the records at bpu and gpc and thought I could possibly take them all but them I started following Shane and now I’ve got another 1-2 years of gains to make by the looks of it

Thanks mate , In the first year it would be nice too get up too 800kg total under 90kg if possible, I’ve still got a lot of work to do though especially with my form , I need to keep my ass down when on heavy bench and sort out the slight hitch when going heavy on deadlifts too

Competing with these numbers!At -90?!

I’m going too try my best mate , I’m actually about 94kg at the minute ,I’ve been eating as much as I could this year cause I wanted too bulk up and get as strong as I can this year then compete next year , it won’t be hard to get back under 90kg though
