Congratulations the bull!

Your plan sounds SOLID! There has got to be a 120 floor to overhead in there somewhere too - Wednesday?

Thanks everyone.

That sounds good to me Jonny, thanks again.

That sounds like a good plan to me Joni. Seeing as we've had an easy weekend this week (due to now strongie), I'm up for a biggee on Wednesday - rest up!

Rob - there was mention of "go for 262.5", but 255 felt reasonably hard, and 260 is the next mini-milestone.

Great lifting from the Bull.

120 overheads will be a thing of the past very soon mate. Especially impressed with the clean as well.

Strong on the deadlifts too, 250 will go soon enough, for sure.

Good stuff today. You looked good for more overhead (like I told you at the time!). Time to nail the deadlifts.

Sugden Classic. One of the very few excuses not to have Strongman Saturday. It was just about worth it I'd say Wink Aweseome day, great lifting by all. Thanks to everyone who helped arrange and run this thing.

Power clean and jerk
105kg x 1
115kg x 1
120kg x 1 pb

Deadlift
235kg x 1
255kg x 1 raw pb
260kg x f

Played it a bit safe on the overheads, more there, but good to nail all 3 lifts. Pleased with the raw dead pb, wanted 260, but the 255 probably took too much out of me. Next time!

Was pleased with my lifting, 375kg total. If we have another of these in a few months I'd like to get somewhere near a 400kg total.

I wouldn't want to fight Paul to be honest, he's a pretty big bloke.
