Really pleased as I just felt good and wanted a crack at heavy pulls and squats so pulled a new PB and squatted 240 in wraps so pretty good Akron do given the knee issues lack o training!!

Always the same when I can't squat and have more than two days between sessions everything feels heavy as hell.
Deadlift is getting there along way off where it needs to be even on a bad day thinking of adding deficit work on Wednesday
Bench eventually got better with a rep PB at 155

Right knee is still tight as hell do restricts squats, more rehab work on it tonight!! Think i need more work in and around the hip and joint line of the knee to release the tension.
Bench feels really good just now so hoping for something good at the comp.

Deadlift and bench felt really good today knee is still bothering me but it's not effecting deadlift.

200's felt fast on the first three sets then slowed down a touch but the activation for going fast was there.

That's about it Wayne, think I had 170 in me in the day. But want to equal the Scottish record by the end o the year which I think is 172.5 but I have a feeling it's more.!

Well where do I begin? I don't really know but a good start would be to thank the Scalloway gym for training, support and running an excellent comp especially special notice to Stuart for making sure everything was running correctly.
well done to both the Faroes Boys Oli and Bjarne Who both did very very well in there victories and to Dhanni (Miriam) for his win well done.
I'd also like to say the Mr Arthur Jnr has done himself proudly in his first comp a long way from the little boy I first met when Colin when to collage!! Well done my man very proud to share the platform with you.

All the helpers on the day you guys made and helped things run brilliantly all day so thank you
To Mike for refereeing you were fair consistent day.

Loading medley was ok just me being me and avoiding it second set was quicker but mega back cramp so will need plenty hydration sorted and dehydration sachets
Stones felt good even with mega LB pump 90's and 100's were easy enough and got things started.
120 was good see vid, 130 was good too so thought I'd try the 140 and surprised myself. Really happy with getting it with no tacky.
