I was gonna do assistance last night. All the cable and dumbell stuff etc.
One time at college the bus got stuck in the winter and didnt make it to my house so I cross country ski'd to the train station. Good times man.

AXLE SQUATS
3 sets of 3 reps with 125kg
1 single with 140kg

AXLE BENCHPRESS
2 sets of 3 reps with 110kg
1 set of 4 reps with 110kg (in video)
The rain, cold and my own tiredness contributed to a good but not as good as I wanted, bench session. I was hoping for 3 sets of 4 but wasn't quite in the groove.

Had to replace the radiator 2 months ago. Battery tray doing the same. It never ends.

I remember videos like that from when I was younger. So many memories with this stuff.
I'll have to try a nail some time. Hopefully my hands will be tough enough to handle it. Heavy gripping is a crazy thing.

When ill with those symptoms, my dad used to make me a thing called a hot Toddy. In Scotland we make it with a glorious Irn Bru. Elsewhere they make it like this.

Nails are called different things in the U.K.
I googled a 40d shank nail and saw that it is pretty thick.
Do you build that kind of strength more from your work or your training Billy.
I've been exercising my fingers more these days but I feel that I am in the complete infancy of grip training.
Got a tool called prohands extra heavy but find it pretty easy.
They say the way for grip is captains of crush.

What kind of woman do you like Billy? I like variance but I always like a healthy set of glutes.

Wide grip pulldown to 4 reps
