Hi chaps.
Was away in the middle of nowhere training some very good volunteers so had no signal. Then when I came home I ended up with a virus and was bedridden. Not training yet but will be within the week.

Cool to see you have a setup similar to mine. Always feels more raw and productive when it's more bare bones. Gotta wish you good knee health and the ability to eat lots and lots haha. No doubt you'll reach my numbers. Has taken me years and years to get my numbers up a bit because I'm inconsistant. The last year and a bit has been the most consistant run I had at training and it helps. Enjoy training! You'll pass me soon enough!

Happy enough considering I've not trained in ages and have been laying on a block of ice in sub zero temperatures for 7 days and nights.
