DUMBELL PRESS

DIPS
1 set of 5 reps with bodyweight. (So tough!)

LATERAL RAISES
1 set of 10 reps with 8kg
1 set of 8 reps with 8kg
1 set of 8 reps with 8kg

WIDE GRIP PULLDOWN
2 sets of 9 reps with 66kg
1 set of 8 reps and 1 f with 66kg

PREACHER CURL

TRICEP PRESS

Some s**tpiece just dumped a failed 1/4 rep 200kg onto the catch bars and walked off, leaving the bar fully loaded to do something else *smh*

SCAPULA RETRACTIONS

LEG EXTENSION

PREACHER CURL.

Not sure of bodyweight.
Bench was cool. Steady.
Dips I got 1 more on top set.
Pulldowns I went up a weight.
Scap retraction I went up a weight.
Bicep curl I got 1 more rep on the last set, than last week.

All in all, no too shabby.

Barbell press

Side raises

1 set of 7 reps plus 3 cheat reps with 8kg

Bench is still on the way down but squat was good enough and overhead was really good fun again. Enjoyed that.

Today was Chicken strips, fish fingers, berries and some broccoli.
I may also have had a fun sized mars bar but we'll keep that on the down low.

That really is a nice pic.
When I used to run, not gonna lie I'd be plenty happy with anything under 2 hours, never mind managing it whilst stopping to message some compadres and speak to the Mrs etc.
Currently on a quest to drop bodyweight because I really want to be able to do things like that again.

Managed to drop a little more weight again this week.
Not been feeling too well lately though. Feel very faint all the time.

SQUAT
1 set of 5 reps with 120kg (very smooth, very comfortable)

BENCH
1 set of 3 reps with 105kg
1 set of 4 reps with 105kg
1 set of 3 reps with 105kg

The bench is still on its way down. Gonna carry on regardless.
Honestly not too bothered considering how little food I'm eating these days.

STRICT PRESS
40kg

70kg

VERY SLIGHT PUSH PRESS
1 set of 4 reps with 70kg
1 set of 5 reps with 70kg
1 set of 3 reps with 70kg (Power just faded on that last set)

First time I've done pushies in forever even if it was from the smallest knee bend. It was so much fun though. I really really enjoyed doing them. Brought back a lot of old memories of fun times in the Palace of Art when I was 30 kg lighter and a hell of a lot healthier.

I've finally managed to get a week of controlling my diet!
I went from 119kg to 116kg.

SQUATS
1 set of 5 reps with 122.5kg (felt better than last week)

BENCH
Was supposed to be 5x5 at 105kg but didn't go to plan.
1 set of 3 reps with 105kg (Needed a spot on rep 4)
1 set of 5 reps with 105kg (Bounced the f**k out of them)
1 set of 3 reps with 105kg
1 set of 3 reps with 105kg (On this set I felt an elbow twinge begin)

I'm not chancing my luck with the elbow twinge, so will call it there to avoid possibly getting an injury.
Being sensible. Will treat my elbow right for a few days and see where we are. I believe I caught it on time and didn't actually do any damage which I'm pretty happy about.

The first 2 reps on each of the sets were very powerful and fast. The power just disappeared on the 3rd reps.
