It's cold when lifting yeah but I think I like it. It feels more grassroots this way.
I was born in 1984 so I guess I'm 33 now. I think I'm supposed to be entering my peak now. Maybe when I'm past that I'll be an older lifter.
The spine is strong and flexible. Lookin after it makes a difference.
Hope wolfdog is doing well and yourself also. Hope the body holds up! I think that you should always do something, even if it's light work when you're older.
