On a regular 20 minutes may be too much pounding for a big guy like yourself... I don't know But intervals and some jogging within smaller time periods more related to strongman and it's fitness elements can only help Have fun tonight and don't earn too much | |||

I'm completely off Sunday and Monday so yeah definately Push presses need to be kept up, if you don't use it you lose it Should be Monday through to Friday training next week including the one I have to make up for now I should keep to low reps like yesterday's session too | |||

Saturday 31st December 2011 I woke up after the gym had closed and as its not open tomorrow I will pick things up on Monday... Still with virus which is taking a while to disappear... But I need to exercise my lungs because I may need them at work Anyway 10 minute jog, tight chested but my back feels much much better now than it did before exercise Today's push press and pull up session I will do on Monday so as is well Strangely enough my triceps are very painful :/ but i think all the joint pains are related to this coughy illness Happy new year |
