Cleggys first proximal tear was done this way

Said he'd never do no tacky stones again

Looking forward to your 105kg no tacky stone for reps jt!

Without wanting to play down Sam's achievements, and Mike may disagree with me, but I'd say you're spot on there. The 160 more so than the 175.

No no I wasn't there do don't know for sure if the balls were completely bald

This no tacky stoning is interesting, I think I will have to do these this year I comps

Challenging!

jt said:this stone has no tacky on it

i guess the stones big sam and others were using already had some tacky on them which is obviously a help

I wouldn't be too sure if I'm honest

Sam has daft hands and is excellent at stones

Yeah youngsters left right and centre

Unlucky for that mike guy having to pull out after two awesome displays

And having saw you compete I know you could throw Bodyweight stones in the air for fun

I'm getting at mr broc is that when I see under 90kg guys throwing up 160kg stones at the end of the run there is a part of me that is equally as impressed as the stone runs at wsm open

400 kg deadlifts however do speak for themselves

How do the sexy double knee sleeves compare to wraps

Are they the bumble bee Loz Pagan ones you used?
» WSM on Channel 5 (Go to post)01-01-2012 @ 20:00
Brian's last stone was equal to his Bodyweight!

Kind of puts things in a different light

I enjoyed the tv show, but think I've saw more difficult comps where the athletes were pushed harder

Still, no doubt about it the winner is the worlds strongest man, excellent stuff!

Well done to the British guys putting on a great show

I didn't think poundstone even locked his lift out properly

In strongman the lockouts aren't always full though to be fair

Like its been said its sm not pl

A few of the guys I compete against have shy lockouts, but in this game I feel if it prevents injury which I believe it could then I understand

There are do many daft movements we need to perform afterall

All just my opinion
