Circus tricks are fun!

I'm satisfied with this weeks training, I got in five times and did s little bit every session which was worthwhile

I want to start putting up videos to make things more attractive and interesting to make up for the distinct lack of increased poundages

You mentioned weightlifting, and there arent many on here... So I asked in interest

I went to watch at this years Northerns in Yorkshire

Whatever you do, in my opinion weightlifting helps most sports so you could have a great background in lifting already
