Yeah It's a painful process that will improve I think in time

Rest is not the answer with this problem and de glassing my back is the target

Having said that I wouldn't wish a bad back on anybody

How do they compare to the other bands mentioned on here like lifting large etc etc and can they be used for overhead as well as what it says on the website?

Also (buzz may know the answer) the girl on the strength shop website... How much can she squat?

I'm okay just having an extended winter deload it looks like lol

Soon be back to playing strongman... and will probably put in some competitiveness with a few events

With my chest infection I was too tired to do my lower limb stretches and the gym was closing

On the pulls I used mixed grip, alternating each set

Not impressive at all but I have to take what I can
