Happy with the new PB, wraps where ok today but i just didnt have the drive i normally have, a result of training squat too much i guess. Front squats went well, will be adding another 10kg on that next time i train them.

LOL! In that case I'm gonna have a shave tonight after my shower. Bald face for the liftoff.

With the amount of facial hair you have it would probably increase your wilks quite a lot too!

Squat Day

Squats
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 5 80kg
1 x 4 100kg
1 x 3 112.5kg
1 x 1 120kg
1 x 1 135kg Belt
1 x 1 142.5kg Belt
1 x 1 160kg Knee Wraps
1 x 1 167.5kg Knee Wraps

Paused Squats
3 x 3 112.5kg

Hip Adduction
2 x 15 145kg

Seated Calf Raises
2 x 20 190kg (heavier stack please)

Weighted Side Bends
2 x 15 per side 20kg

Crunches
2 x 25

Good squat session, unsure about the deapth on the second squat with knee wraps so not claiming it as a new PB quite yet, allthough it was definitely much deeper than the 160kg attempt. Happy with the belted, raw and paused squats - all is well there!

Thanks man, looks like your training is coming allong quite nicely too! Spent a lot of time doing singles and low reps to get my technique better, i think some proper shoes would help me too, as i am using completely flat ones right now.
