forot to log last session, nothing major - just some light squats and bench working out various things technique wise.

this session went really well:

Bench
1 x 10 20kg
1 x 10 50kg
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 3 80kg

1 x 1 110kg
1 x 1 121kg PB
1 x 1 140kg 1board shirt on
1 x 1 150kg
1 x 1 161kg PB
1 x F 165kg
1 x 1 180kg 3board PB
1 x 3 100kg CG shirt off
1 x 5 0,1,2,3board 65kg
1 x 5 0,1,2,3,2,1,0 board 50kg

finished off with loads of delt work.

165 or 170 shirted bench in the next few weeks!

quick session today

Deadlifts
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 5 100kg
1 x 3 140kg
1 x 1 180kg
1 x 1 200kg suit and belt on, went very fast
failed some heavier sets at the knee due tot hem being too far from the legs

Romanian Deadlifts
1 x 10 60kg
1 x 5 100kg
1 x 3 120kg
2 x 1 140kg

finished off with heavy chest supported row, hamstring curls and some pulldowns.

did s**tloads today, split it over 2 sessions with a good rest between them and a huge steak before i went in.

Good session, but there is at least another 10kg on that 2board and 4board. 160 will go but the line was off and i couldnt be arsed trying again

Happy with this session, rep PB on bench and a nice strict press PB - was a bit supprised with that as i havent done it in a while.

I work in a f**king greenhouse 8 hours a day, hits 40C + daily, and humid too - most of the time its like the rainforest in there...

still managed to train fine after - just man up and it will be fine Wink

various assistance work afterwards, was too knackered to do much else. next session i am gonna work in a lot more volume and hammer the quads some more.

Another session, another PB.

Deadlifts

1 x F 230kg got it to the knee and couldnt get it any further, will be working on this for the next few weeks and it will come
5 x 2 120kg

Chest supported row 1x10 50kg, 2 x 8 60kg, 2 x 1 75kg (per arm)
Reverse grip pulldown 3 x 8 100kg
Hamstring Curls 3 x 12 50-60?kg
Dumbbell Rows 1 x 10 50kg per arm

Another hot day but the session felt great, gonna start working on the sticking points of lifts over the next few weeks and try to get a few more KG on my total - currently 525kg raw, 600kg equipped. All of the goals i set for this year are now completed, and its only June!

Just realised i reached the 120kg bench here, guess thats now 130+...
