Bench Press 100 x 5 120 x 3 135 x 1 147.5 x f spotter helped half way up and my pec hurt again I hate benching. Strict Press 60 x 5 70 x 3 80 x 2 90 x 1 100 x 1 90 x 2 80 x 5 Much better Deadlift 220 x 1 240 x 1 260 x 1 275 x 1 nice and clean 282.5 x f broke it off the floor but just too heavy today In conclusion bench can f**k off. I am going to become a strict press + deadlift specialist! | |||
