I never even ordered anything and it still came first thing in't morning.

Seriously though, I did order a couple of pairs of straps last week and came next day. A good service is not to be under-estimated in this day and age of, well, s**t service !

Anyone know of a gym that has a MonoLift in the NorthWest region ?
Hopefully, combined with a relaxed approach to a few strangers rolling up and playing on it for a couple of hours !

Taaa much.

What a cracking line-up for the ESM, this first event is gonna be something special.

Also, I really can't see past Benni taking it.
» dog owners. what breed you got? (Go to post)22-07-2014 @ 21:01
A 3yr old rescue German Shepherd, only had him 6month. He has many an issue, the main one being his wish that him and his family were the only living things on the planet, he doesn't really care for anything/body else.
He absolutely dotes on my youngest daughter, they are inseparable.
He spends his days mostly patrolling the house and garden for anything that might come and kill us, like the postman or a bird.
» back pain (Go to post)03-06-2014 @ 23:37
The symptoms you describe are very similar to what I am encountering currently myself. It's been just over 3 weeks with the only improvement being the sciatic nerve pain easing off. The lower back pain is still evident. I'm really hoping I've not damaged a disc also. It doesn't bother me at all to squat, which I find odd, even d/e Deadlifts at 50% last week were fine, if a little stupid. Just waiting for private physio, wouldn't touch a GP.
Sorry to hijack your thread with my boring s**t, hope all goes well !!!
Take it steady !!

Wow, this thread took some reading.
I've read through the Ebook a couple of times, was hard to get my napper around so thought I'd read this thread, now I'm even more confused...
Starting on Sunday as soon as my thousand pound order from MP for a bin full of powder arrives.

I'm quite open minded and will stick to this as best I can, however, BUTTER in my coffee ain't happening. I'll give the cream thing a go, butter can get to f**k.
