Very pleased with how my little squats are coming along ! Definately have at least 180 in there, was going to go for more after the 170 but I was starting to feel ever so slightly foooked

Won't be long before the 200 is up !!! Yeah baby !!!

A very basic, quick session today as I was in a rush to get to work, bad time management on my behalf resulted in it being a bit s**t !!

Good to see you back at it.

Just looking at your speed bench, what is your best Bench ? How fast were those speed lifts ? I'm only asking as they look a bit heavy, to me anyway, but then my bench is s**t and I'm only mentioning it as I'm a bit unsure of my own speed bench sessions and looking at yours it just made me wonder !

Pete your right... The Resto/Collins incident is the most sickening incident I can bring to mind in world sport, if anyone can think of any more then I don't want to hear about them !

How anyone could do that to a fellow professional is shocking.

At 74kg they are great squats !

What's the crack with the 'walkouts' ? Something I've never tried, do you find you get much benefit from them ?

Followed by a 30 Min cycle to work...

..Later follwed by a 10 Min cycle and 40 Min run with 1 punctured bike home, t**t.

Happy with the squats today, on my own too so quite uninspired at times, don't think I'm too far off my little target of 150 x 5 x 5... want to hit a max of 200kg before too long... I hope it's in there.
