Good benching, I think I'm going to drop down to 3's myself for a few weeks, stuck at 5's for far too long !!

I'd say more, the 'buy it now' price is over 2 per kilo, but it all depends on what people will pay at the end of the day... you might get lucky !!

Stuff sometimes don't go for as much with a big reserve price like that ! Scares people off...

Excellent stuff, certainly looked like there is a little more in there too. Might get myself some of this nose tork s**t for the odd occasion !!

I'm the same as you with getting it up the first few inches, once I'm halfway I'm ok !! (just re-read that and it just sounds wrong)!!

Excelent squatting - good stuff !! Hard work squatting heavy then heavy leg presses, I'd be struggling to get upstairs after that for a couple of days !!

Thurs 10 Dec - Gym sesssion - 0230hrs - (bugger)

Speed Deads
120kg x 3 x 10 sets

Never really done these with any great purpose over the years, but giving them a go, if nothing else than to ease the burden on my back. Heavy one week, Speed the next and will also throw in some GM's too as a replacement... see how that does me !!

Weds 09 Dec - Gym session

Squat

Really, really struggled today, this session was done at 0230hrs for a start as I'm on nights all week and I'd gone 24 hours the day before without any sleep so I really was blowing out of my arse and struggling to find any strength... plus the gym was obviously empty and I had no music on ! So all in all the recipe for a poor workout !!

Calf Raises - Smith M/c
120 x 20
140 x 20
140 x 20
140 x 20

Abdominals

Side twists (3 sets of 50)
Side bends (3 sets of 30 with 50kg db's)
Hanging leg raises (3 sets of 10)

Just treading water with this weeks sessions really, will be training in the very early hours all week so won't be expecting anything exceptional, just marking time !! Having said that I'm feeling good for bench tonight, hoping to drag my mate in their for a bit of encouragement !!

As has been mentioned already, he has got a lot lot more in there if he wants it... his 3rd on both the squat and bench did look piss easy !

It was a great occasion, really enjoyed it and it was a good atmosphere. The young lad (17 ish) was really impressive to watch... forgot his name (sorry) but he went well, cracking pulling at the end for him too !

Mark was really impressive, not just the strength but his strict form on all of the lifts... good stuff indeed !!

Does anyone know what time roughly the 100kg + class's will be lifting, I'm over Yorkshire way tomorrow so unfortunatley can't make it for the full day but I am hoping to make it in the afternoon depending on the schedule for the day...
