Changing my routines a little over the last few session, liking the 3 x 3 and pushing the weight up a tiny bit for all three lifts.

Chucked in some pressing off pins too as I try and increase my bench. I think the explosive start from a relexed state might be a benefit to me, we'll see !!

Back still holding up well, does get pumped up to f**k, and quite sore when squatting and deadlifting from time to time though !!

Really quite dissapointed with todays session, I aimed for 110 x 3 for 3 sets and did get it but really thought it would be easier, the way it felt today there really isn't a lot more in there and I thought there would be. I'm putting it down to my sleeping pattern being s**t at the minute. Only 4 hours sleep last night, been up since 0330. Finished my week of nights on Monday morning but they are still messing with my sleep !! I think I might be due a weeks rest...

GFG - Thanks, I'm not too sure what my 1rm is for Deads at the minute, due to my back I've been a bit hesitant to be honest, I reckon maybe 225, I'd like to think more but I've got to be realistic. Every time I go near 220 I get scared my back will go !!

Moz - My BW is about 95kg. Do you reckon I do too much many reps for bench ?

I do all my squatting in Converse 'all stars' Should I be thinking about getting some proper shoes ?

I do have a relatively wide stance if that makes a difference... ??

Wednesday 16 Dec - Garage session

205kg x 3 ... All felt ok and quite quick, back felt really good which is a relief, will slowly be increasing the weight every session just to see how I go.

Chins - Wide Grip

110kg x 5 x 5 sets

Finished off with some Bicep stuff for 15 mins ! Bench Tomorrow !
