Deadlift 135kx5 145x4 155x5 145x4 135x5 legs were still feeling it from squating on tuesday ,consequently found this pretty difficult was going to do front squats but
legs had had it by the end of this .

my brother shat on the front path of my parents house once because he was to pissed to
unlock the front door , worst thing about it was the bas***d left it there and went to bed,my dad still talks about the time one of us left the front gate open and "some f**king dog s**tted on the front path and your mother had to clear it up" and it must have happened nearly 20 years ago!I thought it was a dog untill about 3 years ago when he finally fessed up !

Thanks for the advice lads shoulder horn and bands added to my xmas wish list!

Did the cubans and scap push ups today and have to say the shoulder felt better during and after benching which I was'nt expecting !wish you'd told me about them a couple of months ago and I could have saved myself a load of physio fee's!

Scap push ups 15/15/15
cubans empty dumbell 10/10/10

bench press 52.5k 10/10/10
ultra wide grip 52.5k 10/10/10
close grip 52.5k 10/10/10

dumbell curl 20k 10/10
barbell curls dropsets 45k 8 35k 8 30k 8


felt much better than last week not too painful at all.Now drinking my ultra special creatine delivery system which cost a fortune and is supposed to taste like tropical fruits but is more like tropical s**te!

Thanks for the advice on the shoulder rehab Rob ,did the scap press ups and the cubans as my warm up today and the shoulder seems to feel a lot better than it did last week after benching !

im back squating now ED not sheiko though i wouldent try sheiko for squat yet want to try and get weight up a bit,fridays bench has 7sets of 3 with 120k,and 5sets of 4 with 115kEek you still of the cigs?

not suprised your arms are trashed mate that is a s**t load of benching in a short time , when you've finished sheiko for your bench will you be starting it for squat?

bought some new creatine today called Peak size which claims to be the ultimate cell volumising creatine transport system and contains maltodextrin,creatine monohydrate lglutamine,citris acid,d ribose,taurine and magnesium phosphate and some flavourings is this just a marketing gimmick and could the same effect be gained ny adding some honey to your water when you take your creatine or is this actually a more effective way to take creatine!

I strongly suspect the first option!
