didnt eat enough food today and ran out of steam but resonably pleased because my shoulders managed to hold up to a heavy session!

bench press 90kx3 100k x1 102.5 x1 105 x1 fail 100 x1

dumbell curl 20kj 10/10 had enough and binned the rest of the session in favour of sirloin steak and chips!

Squat today trained at home outside on the patio in the rain MISERABLE!

squat 105 x5 110 x5 115x3 box squat 2" below paralell 60 5x5

video'd the squats and of the 13 squats I did 1 might have just broke paralell
which is why I changed to box squats which were the lowest I have ever gone and even with only 60k very tough! I'm starting to get seriously depressed about my squat!

good mornings 67.5 10/10/10

weighted sit ups 10k 15 /10/10

just going to box squat next week to try and build up some deeeeeeeeep
muscle memory!

apologies if this is a bit of a bone question, the cycling of your training does this mean one week you'l do 5x3 the next 3x2 and the next 2x1 then up the weights ,giving a 12 week cycle or will you do 5x3 3x2 and 2x1 all in one session giving a 4 week cycle?

I think its because the olympic bar weighs 20 kilos as opposed to about 10 for a standard so the weight distribution seems a bit more stable.( this may be utter bo***cks as it is just my opinion and not based on any solid facts)

ben I watched as you approached the bar as a normal human and then imagine my awe and suprise as before my eyes you changed into one badass viking motherf**ker!!!!!

I will be performing my own poor imitation on wednesday which I will video for you to rate me on my own badassishness!

on a side note looked like a fair old bit of weight you had on there looking strong!
