Deadlift today been watching videos on you tube so got a few thing to try out hopefully will help. Legs today feel so weak without my creatine will hopefully be able to keep my squat around 200kg till i start back on it in january. Ok new week and that's me finished my creatine phase, will be off it for the rest of the month will start back in january so think weights will drop a wee bit.
