Legs today feel so weak without my creatine will hopefully be able to keep my squat around 200kg till i start back on it in january.

Went in today expecting to do legs and shoulders was feeling tired so not expecting much ended up being a good day got a pb on my squat so just stopped there, thats me for week not back in till monday hopefully fresh and ready for some more heavy lifting.Happy
