Hi all, decided to start a training log here. I have been training at JT’s place on Saturdays for the last 3 months and really enjoying it. Trying to improve my deadlift, squat and press in the gym during the week as well.

Training at 7am at the moment.. its pretty hard sometimes to get in the mood but the gyms nice and quiet and it gets it out of the way too.
