I believe uk sport are funding a few studies in the run up to london 2012 looking at the activation of muscle satelite cells following training while giving a NSAID or not.. it will be interesting to see the results..

There seems to be a fair bit of evidence that taking non steroid anti-inflammatory pills like asprin and ibruprofen may reduce muscle growth after exercise..

I used to take quite alot of asprin and ibruprofen but maybe i'll stick to paracetomol now!

Had a shocker today.. was training in the morning and slept in.. then the gym was freezing.. excuses excuses!

Did some deadlifts and then power cleans.. but not really worth writing down!

hopefully tomorrow nights session will bet better!

Horrible loading event:

80kg stone to 66inch -couldnt load it..
90kg mini barrell to 60inch
100kg keg to 54inch

Medley

chain - managed a few metre after some coaching from jt..
