JC dont forget the old fave Karlsen crucifix flyes, helped my training partner on his shoulders and good stretch + brings up weak areas and forces three deltoid heads to work ,really recommend this plus if Svend says it works ...it works !!

For me i take weightgainer, whey protein and creatine if i dont i feel weaker and struggle to maintain bodyweight first 2 on list are merely for decent calories to supplement or add to meals 3rd seems to help with repetitions or stamina.........dread to think how much i have spent over the years !

Adjusted incline bench,was a bit stiff, wiggled it a bit to hard incline smashed down on finger which was holding large wing nut adjuster lost end of finger below nail bed!!!!! where theres a blame theres a claimWink Wink Grin
