Hi mate, im probly not the best person to give you advise but im starting somthing new which is push days(squats,jerks,pushpress... etc) on mon-wed , then pull days(snatch, clean,deadlift etc..) on tue- thurs with both full lifts done on saturday.prety basic, Its how the USA olympic team split their training aparently. | |||

weighed in at 78.4 snatch(all power snathes) 60/65/70 C&J 85/95xf/95xf (should have gone to 90 first, the last 95 was close tho) Im in red, my mate matty is in black in the 94kg class | |||

Hi mate im in rothwell leeds,i also used to go to fitness and physique when i was more into bodybuilding. i now go to wakefield weightlifting club in thornes park, we are mainly Olympic lifters and a few powerlifters but im sure you would be ok to come down. Nothing in the way of event equipment tho im afraid just two platforms, squat stands ,oly bars and a s**t load of bumper plates | |||

AM hip and ankel mobility session about 1hr of snatch work with a broom stick!(harcore) PM squat 70x5 90x5 110x5x3 partial squat 110x10x3 latpulldown. (not a heavy session i was working on speed out of the botom of the squat mainly) | |||
