Heh! There's no shame in being half an inch shorter than you!

Friday 26th June

Military press: 50 x 5,5,5, 60 x 5.

Not sure I'm going to be able to maintain this kind of volume, will have to rethink things for next week Wink

Cheers Doc, I've got half an eye on 182 x 10 next week! We'll see...

Sunday 21st June

Bench: 40 x 5, 50 x 5, 60 x 3, 70 x 3, 80 x 3, 90 x 10.

That was a maximum for 10s without a doubt! Still a long way to go on the bench! Unhappy

August Back holiday Novice comp in Reading eh? I'm not too bad at that, I tend to get through a couple of books a week. Where's it being held?

Where's all this 7 sets of 5 business coming from? Good stuff though mate, I think the race to 130 is as good as in the bag!

So I spotted on my 5/3/1 programme that I'm set to do 182 x 1 when I next DL. 400lbs x 10 wouldn't be bad would it! How about it big boy?
