Its getting there mate, just edging the pressing up slowly at the moment as I don't want to push on too much and do it any damage but so far so good.

Only doing log, farmers and yoke for now on any strongman events training as they don't cause the bicep any problems.

Hopefully get a strongman comp under my belt again within the next month or two, might be doing the gpc worlds in September as well.
