Yeah looking forward to it, gaz seems to be doing Ok, hes lifting more and more each week so looking good

I need to do alot more on the treadmill though im still 105 or the other option is to eat less pies Grin

Did some tricep and bicep work after this, shoulders no where near 100% but it doesnt seem to be affecting my benching at the moment.
