Haha I know mate, not the best thing to do but its been cut down considerably now, a cheeky few on friday and thats me... although this saturday I will be having a few, going to watch my mate make his pro boxing debut so will have to have a drink after with him when he wins.

And running up the stairs Roll-Eyes I'd callapse before I get to the topGrin

Did some bicep and tricep work after this, felt abit tired so skipped the treadmill today, plus I couldnt be arsed, was happy with my deadlifting today hopefully I can keep this up and double my pb of 260 in a few week Grin

Trying to keep the volume there for another week or two, at the moment just using knee wraps and belt but will be likely I start putting on my suit either next session or the one after
